5 stars is just not enough to describe how wonderful this experience was. Dr. Ziegler is both kind, and highly talented. This experience was hard for me because I’ve always felt insecure about my teeth. I was convinced I would need another extraction, but he saved my tooth and made me feel like family throughout the entire process. Who knew getting a root canal could actually be fun? Thank you Dr. Ziegler & team, for your exceptional skills and empathy! It’s highly appreciated.

⭐ 1 Star Before coming to this office, I saw the 4.1-star rating and thought it would be a decent place. After my experience, I honestly do not understand how it has that rating. Based on the way I was treated, I would have expected something much lower. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. I greeted the dentist with a simple “hello,” but he did not respond. Instead, he immediately told me to sit down in a rude and abrupt tone. While waiting, I noticed that he spoke very loudly to other patients and explained things so quickly that people seemed confused. I even saw a patient go to the front desk afterward to ask what the dentist had said because the explanation was difficult to understand. When it was my turn, the experience only got worse. During the X-ray process, the device placed in my mouth caused significant pain. I tried my best to tolerate it, but it was painful enough that I had to remove it. Instead of showing concern or adjusting the procedure, the dentist responded in an aggressive and dismissive manner, saying something along the lines of, “What? You can’t even hold this?” It was embarrassing and completely lacking in empathy. What stood out even more w

Dr. Ziegler is an amazing doctor! I was in extreme pain & came in w/ a complicated root canal he not only solved the problem, but he did it with Grace and had excellent bedside manner and made me feel at peace cause I was scared & nervous. I highly recommend him. I was in & out & it was painless! He definitely knows what he is doing! Thanks again!

Dr. Ziegler is amazing I always go to him for root canals. Very professional kind. No pain. He gave my grandkids some tooth brushes and tooth toys. I highly recommend him. His staff are very pleasant.
